1. Who we are
Pigo.uk (“Pigo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an on-demand pickup and truck booking platform for customers in the United Kingdom.
These Terms of Service apply to our website at pigo.uk and our iOS and Android apps.
Questions: [email protected].
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. The service
Pigo lets you request a pickup or truck, see an estimated price, and track a trip once a driver is assigned.
We provide the booking platform. Drivers carry out the physical move or delivery.
Availability, vehicle types, and coverage can change. We do not guarantee that a driver will always be available for every request, time, or location.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be 16 or over to use Pigo. We may require email verification before you can book.
You may sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple where those options are offered.
If you believe someone else is using your account, contact us immediately.
4. Bookings and prices
A booking is a request for a service and vehicle at the pickup and drop-off you provide.
Prices shown in the app are estimates based on distance, vehicle type, and the details you enter. The final charge may differ if the job changes (for example extra stops, waiting time, or a different vehicle).
You must give safe, accurate addresses and enough information for the driver to complete the job (access, parking, load description, and any restrictions).
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a trip in the app only while it is still waiting for a driver (requested or scheduled).
Once a driver has accepted, cancellation rules in the app at that time apply. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to account limits.
6. Your responsibilities
- Only book lawful goods and lawful work. Do not request transport of prohibited, hazardous, or stolen items.
- Be ready at pickup at the agreed time and provide access where needed.
- Treat drivers and other users with respect.
- Do not misuse notifications, location sharing, or the map for anything other than your trip.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the apps, website, or APIs.
- Share your account, scrape the service, or create accounts to abuse promotions or verification.
- Send spam, harassment, or false bookings.
- Interfere with other customers’ or drivers’ trips.
8. Maps and location
Routes and maps use Google Maps Platform. Location permission is optional but some features need it.
Google’s own terms also apply to map services. See
Google Maps Terms.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care to run a reliable booking platform. We are not liable for delays, traffic, access problems, or driver unavailability outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Where we are liable and the law allows a limit, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if there is fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law.
You may stop using Pigo at any time. Ask us to delete your account at
[email protected].
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
If you continue to use Pigo after an update, you accept the revised terms where the law allows.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
UK courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your part of the UK.
